We work directly with class planning committees and reunion planners nationwide. AND (deep breath)– we have NEVER missed a reunion/event date! To maintain our clean record, we’ve set the following guidelines:
- If your reunion/event is within 5-10 days of purchase: DO NOT place your order online as we will need to include express delivery charges. Use our contact us form to send us your order and a Sales Representative will contact you within 12 hours.
- If your reunion/event is within 11 – 14 days of purchase: It is OKAY for you to order online; however, depending on the timing of your order (weekend order, during holiday, etc.) we may require an additional express shipping fee to be paid. If this applies to you, your Sales Representative will inform you before we start production. We do not store credit card information, so we cannot charge your credit card. We will invoice you separately before shipping the order.
- If your reunion/event is more than 15 days of purchase: There is plenty of time, proceed with your online order.
Note: Some gifts and favors have longer production times than others. Please see Delivery Time for the individual product for details. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped using USPS 2 Day Priority Mail. A tracking number is provided upon request. Orders requiring express delivery are shipped using DHL.
